I'm a bad leader. I forget symbols. I suck. Who's the female-symbol with the horns and the triangle? And who's the test tube, Chemical King?

'Female-symbol with horns' is the astrological symbol for Mercury. I don't know about the triangle part, though.

According to this blog post:

Chameleon Boy, Chemical King, Ultra Boy, Shadow Lass, Karate Kid, Matter-Eater Lad, Star Boy, Polar Boy, Element Lad, Blok, Shrinking Violet, Dream Girl, Colossal Boy, Cosmic Boy, Ferro Lad, Quislet, and possibly Dawnstar, Sun Boy and Invisible Kid. Assuming all the 'maybe's are true, after Timber Wolf joins that'd be a total of 27 Legionnaires. I would call that a comfortable amount.

Ayla's supposed to show up in the ep where we first see Cos, too. But her symbol's not in there. I am having so much more fun with this than 3boot, there are not words. :D

Yes, even with Brainy being a Transformers knockoff... :) But they sort of indicated that in "New Kids In Town" from Superman:TAS. There, he had the linked circles symbol like the robotic Brainiac and blank white eyes; Brainiac 5 could have been an android upgraded from the original design. My brother figured they were doing Brainy as a version of Evolvo.

Speaking of 3boot, went back through my comics collection and saw that we actually got 5 issues before giving up on the series. Felt like I only read two issues at best... they were that forgettable. *shrugs*

Well. The Superman:TAS/JLU Legion != the LSH cartoon version. The circuitry on the face is a direct result of post-ZH Brainy getting merged with his forcefield belt in the Fires of Creation storyline before Abnett and Lanning, and Simone had a bizarre interpretation of it as an 'emotional regulator system'; they allowed him to hook into the Sleepnet without actually being on Colu, and they also allowed Brainiac 4 to hook him up to a ZOMG DEATH MACHINE WTF.

I try not to speak of 3boot except to compare it to other Legions and say 'hey, this Legion is better' -- up to and including the Naked Legion, of which I am not a major fan (see: Grell).

Actually, I actively dislike 3boot, except - as usual - for bits and pieces.

I am not currently reading it. I stopped, finally, when Supergirl was shoehorned in.

THAT'S NOT KARA. I could rant for hours, but who needs to expend the energy? Not I.
