I think your missing word in the line "Pwy biar breichiau sy'n ymestyn?" is 'own' + actor, as in 'owner'. That would render the line as "Whose arms are reaching/extended?"

Considering 'reach' is a transitive verb in English, there's an implication of 'Who is reaching (for *)', where * is an object like 'me' or 'you'. --Or I could just be blowing smoke. YMMV.

Are these song lyrics? It looks like one of those yearning love songs.
