Still one of the best Doctor Whos ever. I was 7 or 8 (I don't remember any longer! :)) when Doctor Who debuted on British television, and still remember being scared of Daleks! :)
Oddly enough, the Cybermen never scared me as much as the Daleks did for some reason. Still remember that first moment of Barbara retreating as the Dalek sucker tip first appeared on the screen and then...
As for the Cybermen, I've been disappointed in them in the new Who for the most part, as the origins have been changed and they lack the Cyber chop thing. I think that CGI cybermats would be very cool! :)

... Krynoids scared me more than either, though, which is probably why I play with computers instead of gardening!
