I have had ONE complaint, and one complaint only with nac.net in alllll the years I`ve used it...
I write notes...I hit send...it says LOGIN again...!!!
My notes, are LOST!!!
I am aware you may have your reasons for this...BUT...
As the customer, is it asking to much to have MyNeedsMet???
I`d LIKE to be able to write a note and have it actually GO...without fuss and bother...
IF you have something in place that prevents this, the very least you could do is have some sort of retrivel system that actually WORKS!!!
My internet needs are basic, even simplistic...it truly bothers me that something this easy seems sooooo impossible!!!
