I e-mailed you last week. My system is unstable. When I am composing, the system suddenly goes to an error message and wipes out what I have composed. It cannot be recoved. The usual recovery does not kick in.
I have lost two lengthy e-mails this morning alone. THIS MUST BE FIXED.
Screen Resolution: 800x600
Navigator Platform: Win32
Navigator Application Name: Microsoft Internet Explorer
Navigator Version: 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
---------------
All right. Now-- there's a button, right above the goddamn compose window, that says 'save draft'. Why do SO MANY PEOPLE -fail to use it-, and blame us, and then proceed to emphasize their own stupidity by saying that they've lost ohhhh so much data because of this problem that is clearly ours? :P
Anyone?
