pinkish grey and sickly and they hold all my calls
don't know what I'm doin' here or why I've been kept
the only plus to all of this is that I'm well slept

keep this all in mind because I can't write it down
my body aches my hands're toast I'm way outta town
I didn't tell my girlfriend that I sent in my tape
and now I'm stuck in lockup like a damn dirty ape

listen I can take it if you say that I suck
it's music for the playing so I don't give a fuck
if it's that bad just tell me and I'll keep it away
I won't look for a signing if I get out today
