Who the FUCK calls their ISP and goes 'Hi! I just bought a new hard drive. Can you fax over instructions as to how to install it?'

AND THEN when I say NO, goes 'But I AM A CUSTOMER! And this is my COMPUTER! That I use to connect to YOUR SERVICE! Which I PAY FOR!'

It baffles me that people are people, sometimes.

Gah, I hate that! Get it all the time in the connector industry too. People expect you to know all kinds of crap. Don't you feel like banging the phone against the desk repeatedly and then going 'Sorry, we must have a bad connection?".. while simultaneously crinkling aluminum foil next to the phoneset? :D

Hah! We hold the phone really far away and yell quietly whilst directing a desk fan at the transmitter, set to high. Works wonders. Sounds genuine. It's amazing.
